Delete Your LocalVibe Account and Data

Open the LocalVibe app, go to your Profile, and tap Delete Account. Confirm by tapping Delete My Account.

Your account is deactivated immediately. You will be signed out and your profile will no longer be visible to anyone.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@localvibe.com from the email address on your account with the subject line Delete My Account.

We will confirm your identity before acting on the request, and we will confirm by email when deletion is complete.

• Your account and login credentials
• Your email address, display name, and profile information
• Your saved offers, claims, and wallet contents
• The businesses, artists, and food trucks you follow
• Your notification settings and push notification tokens
• Your location permission state and any location data associated with your account
• Your app activity history

We are required by law to retain a limited set of records even after your account is deleted:

• Transaction records. Records of purchases, payments, and tips are retained as required by financial, tax, and accounting rules. These are held by us and by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Records required for fraud prevention, legal claims, or compliance with a legal obligation.
• Aggregated and de-identified information that can no longer be linked back to you. This includes counts and totals reported to businesses — for example, that an offer was redeemed 40 times. Your individual identity is not recoverable from this.

If you operated a business, artist, or food truck profile, content you published — offers, events, descriptions, and photos — may have been distributed to other platforms at your direction, including your own social accounts and business listings. Deleting your LocalVibe account removes that content from LocalVibe. It does not remove copies that were published to platforms you control. You will need to remove those directly.

Your account is deactivated immediately.

Personal information is deleted from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within 30 days, except for the records described above.

Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. Claimed offers, saved items, wallet contents, and your following list cannot be recovered. If you rejoin later, you start fresh.
